35,000 s.f. medical office building
 
The Pine Creek Medical Office Building was designed as a part of the overall
campus masterplan. To accommodate ambulatory surgery center tenant needs,
the building was planned with patient-sized elevator, enhanced electrical and
HVAC loads, covered patient drop-off, and generous corridors. The Pine Creek
Medical Office Building is a true asset to the campus with its large, integrated
conference / training center.
 
The Azimuth Architecture team sought to coordinate and compliment the adjacent
hospital's ‘urban-lodge’ environment. Horizontal bamboo veneer in the Lobby
surrounded by glazing brings the outdoors in. Pine Creek's signature drystack
stone wall flanks the bamboo veneer while slicing through the Lobby area.
 
Along corridors and public spaces, high performance materials support the
coordinated ‘natures palette’--including linen and silk printed vinyl wallcovering
and additional bamboo veneering at the elevator lobbies. Azimuth : Architecture, Inc.
provided architecture, interior design, and furniture and artwork services
on this project.
