15,000 S.F. New Construction Medical Office Building
 
Azimuth : architecture, inc. created an adaptive re-use, loft-style setting in a new construction building for this client. Material selections provide a sense of history and eclectism, with a technological edge. The building will maximixe natural light through
the use of clerestory windows in exam rooms and mezzanine offices. Abundent
landscaping, water feature, and deck will link the building to its surroundings.
Azimuth : architecture turned the challenging site’s characteristics into assets
through building orientation and design.
 
Program includes:

· 16 Exam Rooms, including two minor procedure rooms and two laser rooms · 4 Physician Offices with mezzanines · Business Offices · Centralized Nurse Station with four sub-nurse stations · Physician/Staff Lounge · Distinctive landscaping with water feature
