24,000 s.f. two-story office and distribution facility
 
CFG challenged azimuth : architecture to make the best use of the site area
while providing division between the corporate office and the distribution area.
 
The solution provided a multistory building and faced the distribution facility
toward an existing facility. This new facility is situated on the lot next to
the CFG’s existing distribution center, enabling CFG to share a truck court
between the two buildings.
 
The corporate offices, previously located in downtown Dallas, now face
a grove of trees, providing an attractive entrance for staff and visitors.
