Lake Vista 7 is designed as a LEED-Silver certified building. The building boasts two,
two-story entry atriums, Italian porcelain and granite tile entry, natural wood paneling,
and grand staircases to facilitate interfloor traffic. The bright, open floor plans with
10-foot ceiling heights maximize natural light.
 
Azimuth achieved the optimal site location to give the building excellent access and
visibility from S.H. 121 and I-35. The architecture was meticulously designed to
appeal to image-conscious companies. Extensive regional/native landscaping
