Azimuth designed the four-building complex to meet the needs of the growing
market for small- to medium-size warehouse/distribution companies. The buildings
were preplanned to accommodate tenant layouts ranging from 12,000 to 40,000
square feet. Our Interior Design Studio created Tenant Finish Standards with
multiple palette options that meet a predetermined budget and scope.
Clean lines, current colors, and creative use of finishes in the individual
tenant spaces--ranging from leasing offices and industrial/offices to
sales/showrooms--unify the overall building integrity.
