42,000 s.f. Two-Story Physician Office Building
 
The Cityview II Physician Office Building employs a streamlined design and
cost-effective construction technique, while staying in keeping with the character
and scale of the surrounding medical center campus. This project went through the
review and permitting processes in Ft. Worth the first time -- on time.
 
The building’s elegant interior is achieved with crema marfil stone tile flooring, soft light from domed pendant fixtures and glass scones, and neutral wallcoverings. The warm palatte is balanced by the use of cool gray carpet inserts and clear anodized aluminum building hardware finishes.
 
Azimuth also designed an 11,000 s.f. U.T. Southwestern Moncrief Cancer Center in
this building that provides radiation oncology, medical oncology, and radiology.
