AZIMUTH ARCHITECTURE DESIGN SELECTED FOR HEALTHCARE DESIGN 07 TOUR
November 3, 2007

HEALTHCARE DESIGN, the industry's best-attended and most well-respected
conference on evidence-based design for healthcare, will host tours of
facilities that have implemented progressive design. The Integra Hospital,
designed by Azimuth Architecture, was selected from countless submissions
to be featured on the tour.

INTEGRA HOSPITAL-PLANO GRAND OPENING

With vision and creative design, Azimuth : Architecture, Inc. repurposed a
102,000 square foot shell call center building into a 72-bed rehabilitation
hospital Azimuth worked with Integra to design a facility that combined the
desire for a space that stimulates its users and one that fosters rehabilitation.

SURGERY CENTER OF DALLAS OPENS
October 6, 2006

With a fresh approach to healthcare and a cutting-edge design, The Surgery
Center of Dallas stands out among healthcare facilities in the DFW Metroplex.
Located in the medical district on Harry Hines Boulevard and Research Row, the
10,000 square foot, fully physician-owned ambulatory surgery center has the
look and feel of its well-established neighbor Pine Creek Medical Center.

PALESTINE YMCA EXPANSION BREAKS GROUND
(August 8, 2005)

The YMCA of Palestine broke ground on a 25,000 s.f. renovation and expansion
that will impact dramatically the visibility and use of the facility. Board
members, major donors, and the design and construction team were on hand
for the ceremony.

Pine Creek Medical Center(Dallas, TX) – The 47,000 s.f., new construction hospital opened in March. Pine Creek Medical Center offers a full range of diagnostic, surgical and rehabilitation services and has some of the most modern design and equipment available.
Pain Care Ambulatory Surgery Center and Regional Pain Care of North Texas (Allen, TX) – A 4,758 s.f. ASC and 2,364 s.f. physician office suite offers treatment for headaches
and chronic pain.

NEW SHORT STAY HOSPITAL ENTERS MEDICAL CORRIDOR

DALLAS, TX - Pine Creek Medical Center, a new prototype 47,000-sf short-stay
hospital, broke ground on a 4.9-acre tract in the heart of the Medical District.
Azimuth : architecture, inc. has provided architecture, interior design, and
furniture services for the project.

70,000 SF BUILD TO SUIT STARTS IN COPPELL
(March 4, 2003)

COPPELL, TX-Product Support Services and the project team gathered for a
ceremonial ground-breaking in the Gateview business park in Coppell. The
state-of-the-art service center delivers in August.

WORLD-REKNOWNED REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH CLINIC EXPANDS
(July 28, 2003)

DALLAS, TX - The new Baylor Center for Reproductive Health’s new suite
artfully reflects the Center’s mission--the marriage of technology and nature.
AZIMUTH : architecture, inc.’s Interior Design Studio worked with Center’s
physicians and staff to create a serene, high-end interior for this world-
reknowned reproductive health clinic at Baylor University Medical Center Dallas.
